Rate for this puzzle played out fairly normally. But for cost, this is an unlooked for, unusual delight.

For most puzzles that include animismus, minimum cost is trivial to calculate. You need a simple arm on four track just to serve the diamond glyph. And having done that, you have 24 access points, which is more than enough for pretty much anything. Add in the minimal set of required glyphs, and you're off to the races.

But here, a single arm on four track has only four access points! Enough to handle animismus, but not enough to do anything else. In order to gain additional access points, there are two options: add to track, or use a multiarm.

We ended up choosing a hex arm, because it has grippers that are closest together. But having done that, we still needed additional track, because a length two hex arm can only pass atoms between its grippers through translation if it has a line of three track. We ended up adding two track, because that allowed us to make this big triangle shape which allows all of the hex arm grippers to pass to one another. With access taken care of the only other unusual concern is that we needed a second bonder because no rotational movement is permitted. Hence the solve you see here, which uses 30G more than min cost without the restrictions.

We could not rule out a length five track.
That allows the hex arm to only pass between two of its grippers instead of freely among all six. That felt like a hellish restriction--especially for a weekly--but it does technically satisfy the requirement of 10 useful access points. Interested to see if anyone wrangled that challenge.
